At KOIO Shops, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the return and refund conditions below.
1. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return, items should generally meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition.
- Items should be returned with their original packaging, accessories, and included materials, where applicable.
- Proof of purchase or an order confirmation must be provided.
- The return request must be submitted within the applicable return period.
Certain products may not be eligible for return because of their nature, applicable law, or clearly disclosed product-specific restrictions.
These restrictions do not limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
2. How to Request a Return

Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.
Include your order number and clear photographs showing the issue.
We will review the information and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, return, or refund, as applicable.
Where the problem is caused by an error on our part or a defective item, we will provide appropriate instructions regarding return shipping.
4. Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated or required by law.
For items that are defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly supplied, KOIO Shops will provide appropriate return shipping instructions and address applicable shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable for voluntary returns unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
5. Refund Processing
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for us to process an approved refund. After processing, the time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Any legally required refunds will be handled within the applicable legal deadlines.
6. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If an exchange is unavailable, we will discuss the available options with you.
7. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing, been packed, or been shipped.
If an order is successfully canceled before shipment, any applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Nothing in this section limits any cancellation or refund rights required by law.
8. Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us with your order number and tracking information, if available.
We will review the shipment status and work with the carrier, where appropriate, to investigate the issue.
If an order cannot be delivered, any refund or other resolution will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the order.
